Waterline Resort has everything you need to enjoy the best parts of Anna Maria Island. A beautfiul pool faces the bay so you can relax and watch boats come in and out of the marina.

Rent a golf cart from AMI Rentals as a preferred provider for transportation. Adventure all over Anna Maria Island from Bean Point to Coquina Beach.
Waterline also offers bikes to guests that wish to peddle for a bit of exercise while you explore the 7 miles of prestine beaches, beautiful beach homes, restaurants, and old florida charm.
Waterline is a great option for shorter stays. The rooms accomodate families well with 2 bedrooms seperated by the living area each with ensuite bathrooms, and a kitchen. You have all the amenties and more of a house or condo with the convenient location right in the middle of Holmes Beach.
Choose whichever suite meets the needs of your group best with either a king and two queens or two kings. You can also choose waterview or marina view. They do have rooms without a “view” so make sure you choose what suits you and your party best, From the waterview rooms you can see the pool and entrance to the marina from Tampa Bay. The marina view rooms look out to Marina Drive, with a view of the marina below and the heart of Holmes Beach shopping and island life.
On the ground floor you will find the reception desk, lobby, restaurant and bar – Chateau Anna Maria, stairs leading to 2nd floor rooms, and the elevator. As you pass through the lobby you will find yourself on the pool deck looking out towards Tampa Bay. The chill atmosphere and family entertainment makes the pool space idea for a relaxing day in the sun. Firepits, TV’s, ping pong, life size jenga, pool toys and floats will keep your group entertained all day. All of the suites are situated on the second and third floors of the building. Easily accessed from the lobby with elevators and several sets of stairs around the hotel inside and outside should you choose to get your steps in.
We enjoyed a few stays at The Waterline Resort and Marina before we purchased our home here, each time we have had a veiw of the marina. I enjoyed waking up and having coffee in the morning on the balcony in the shade, and evenings on the balcony watching the passing car, cart and bikes with an adult beverage as the sun sets.
Walking distance to the beach, book a fishing charter that leaves right from the docks, head out to see a beautiful sunset on the water or dolphin tour right out the front door of your hotel. Ready to explore the waters on your own, book a pontoon boat rental for a full or half day. you will find all of this and more right at the entrance of the hotel! Waterline provides a prime location and list of activities to keep you and your group busy. Shops, restaurants, and treats are just across the street from the hotel.
