Advanced Management, Inc. is a full service management company specializing in apartments, small plexes and single family homes.

AMI realizes that all owners are unique and can tailor each management agreement to meet the owner's specific needs. We take pride in our vast knowledge of property management and treat each property as if it were our own.

Our services include property evaluation, marketing, tenant selection, minor maintenance and accounting. Our primary goal is to make the best decisions possible when dealing with your investment property.

Advanced Management Inc. was formed in February 2003. Christine Gregory, owner and licensed property manager, has a bachelor's degree in business management and has over 14 years of experience in property management. Christine began working as a property manager in Portland, Oregon working as an on-site manager, then moved on to the office where she became responsible for the portfolio of several apartment buildings as well as over 100 units. She has experience in risk management which allows her to foresee problems and handle them with efficiency. Christine has also worked in the construction industry which has given her insight when dealing with contractors and vendors.

Leslie Jensen and DeAnn Pantoja are also working hard for our owners and tenants. Leslie specializes in leasing and is out showing properties daily. DeAnn takes care of the front desk and is the first contact to our residents. Deann is also fluent in Spanish. They are in invaluable part of the AMI team.
